This policy applies to all users of our apps, websites, features, or other services anywhere
referred to as “users” including, but not limited to the following:
• Riders: individuals who request or receive transportation, including those who
receive transportation requested by another individual.
• Drivers: individuals who provide transportation to Riders individually or through
partner transportation companies.• Order recipients: individuals who request or receive other products and services for
delivery or pick-up, including individuals who use guest checkout (when
• Delivery persons: individuals who provide delivery services.
This policy also governs Resotech’s other collections of personal data in connection with
its services. For example, we may collect the contact information of individuals who use
accounts owned by Resotech for Business customers, or of owners or employees of
restaurants or other merchants; personal data of those who start but do not complete
applications to be drivers or delivery persons; or other personal data in connection with our
mapping technology and features.

For Guest Users: The personal data of those who order or receive trips, deliveries or order
pick-ups via partner websites or apps (such as when ordering from a restaurant or other
merchant), or arranged by other account owners (collectively “Guest Users”) is used solely
to provide such trips, deliveries, or other services requested through a third party, and for
purposes of safety and security, customer support, research and development, enabling
communication between users, and in connection with legal proceedings and
requirements, each as described in “Data Collection” below. Guest User personal data may
be shared with third parties for these purposes. Such data may be associated with, and
accessible by, the owner of that account. This specifically includes Guest Users who
receive rides/deliveries ordered by owners of Resotech Store, Resotech On-Demand,
Resotech Driver/Provider, or who receive rides or deliveries ordered by friends, family

Our practices are subject to applicable laws in the places in which we operate. This means

2. DATA COLLECTION
You can browse our sites without telling us whom you are or revealing any personal
information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not
anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the
transfer and storage of that information on our servers.The following personal data is collected and stored by or on behalf of Resotech:
• Name, email address, phone number, login name and password, physical contact
information, and (depending on the service used) sometimes financial information,
such as credit card or bank account details (including related payment verification
information), driver's license, photo, profession and other government identification
documents (which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender,
and photo). This may also include vehicle or insurance information of drivers and
delivery persons, emergency contact information, user settings, and evidence of
health or fitness to provide services using Resotech apps.
• Vehicle information (including registration number) and geolocation of users
(including drivers and driving routes) to enable rides and deliveries, to enable
ride/delivery tracking and safety features, to prevent and detect fraud, to enable
and enhance the use of our apps, including to improve rider and order pickups and
to satisfy legal requirements. Riders and order recipients may use the Resotech
apps without enabling Resotech to collect precise location data from their mobile
devices. However, this may affect features in the Resotech apps. For example, a
rider who has not enabled location data collection will have to manually enter their

engagement and interactions on the marketplace and driver ratings, including
Driver Score). Shipping, billing and other information you provide to purchase or

and apps, and correspondence sent to us. Other information from your interaction
with our sites, services, content and advertising, including computer and connection

records; such as when the driver engages with our in-app chat, provide ratings or
compliments for other users, restaurants or merchants, or speak with our customer
service agents, the date and time of the communication, and its content. Resotech
may also use these data for customer support services (including resolving disputes
between users), for safety and security purposes, improving our services and
features, and analytics.• Data about driver history or criminal convictions and offences (where permitted by
law), license status, known aliases and prior addresses, and right to work. This
information may be collected by an authorized vendor on Resotech’s behalf. We
may also verify the identities of riders, and of order recipients who request
alcohol orders, making sure of the required age.
• Other supplemental information from third parties (for example, if you incur a debt
to us, we will generally conduct a credit check by obtaining additional information
about you from a credit bureau, as permitted by law; or if the information you
provide cannot be verified, we may ask you to send us additional information, such
as your driver license, credit card statement, or a recent utility bill or other
information confirming your address, or to answer additional questions online to
help verify your information).
• Users can record the audio and/or video of their trips through an in-app feature or
using a dashcam, where permitted by law. In-app recordings are encrypted and
stored on users’ devices and are only shared with Resotech if submitted to
customer support by the users in connection with safety incidents.
• Other sources of data collection could include when a user refers to another person,
or requests services for or on behalf of other users; vendors who help us verify
users’ identity, background information, and eligibility to work, or who screen users
in connection with sanctions, anti-money laundering; insurance, vehicle, or financial
services providers for drivers and/or delivery persons; marketing service providers
or data resellers whose data Resotech uses for marketing or research; law
enforcement officials, public health officials, and other government authorities;
business partners through which users create or access their Resotech account,
such as payment providers, social media services, or apps or websites that use
Resotech’s APIs or whose APIs Resotech uses; business partners in connection with
debit or credit cards issued by a financial institution in partnership with Resotech to
the extent disclosed in the terms and conditions for the card; and publicly

We may disclose personal information with other users or at a user’s request. We may
also share such data with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners to respond to legal
requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates
the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
We may also share your personal information with:
• other users to help in rating, feedback and compliments, pickup and/or drop-off
locations, order deliveries, breakdown of amounts charged, route map, and trip
count of referred users. At the user’s request, we also share a user’s ETA and
location, or a user’s trip information with a friend when requested by that user;
• emergency services like the police, fire, and ambulance services in the event of an
emergency or after certain incidents;
• general public through public forums such as Resotech blogs and Resotech social
media pages viewable by the public, including any personal data included in the
questions or comments submitted by a user;
• members of our corporate family to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts
and provide joint content and services (for example, registration, transactions and customer support). Our corporate affiliates will send marketing communications
only to users who request these services;
• service providers and business partners under contract who help with our business
operations (such as fraud investigations, bill collection, affiliate and rewards
programs, co-branded credit cards, cloud storage, payment processors and
facilitators, Google Maps, social media, research, insurance, background check and
identity verification, and other professional service providers);
• other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your information (or about
whom you are otherwise explicitly notified and consent to when using a specific

We enable you to share personal and financial information to complete transactions. We
encourage you to disclose your privacy practices and respect the privacy of other users.
We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore we
encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partner before
entering into a transaction and choosing to share your information. To help protect your
privacy, we allow only limited access to other users' contact, shipping and financial
information to facilitate your transactions. When users are involved in a transaction, they
may have access to each other's names, email addresses and other contact and shipping
information. In all cases, you must give other users a chance to remove themselves from
your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them.
You agree to use user information only for:
• our transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;
• using services offered through our (e.g., escrow, insurance, shipping and fraud
• other purposes that a user expressly chooses.
We use "cookies" (small files placed on browsers or devices by websites, apps, online
media, and advertisements) on certain of our pages to help analyse our web page flow;
customize our services, content and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness, and
promote trust and safety.

We and our users do not tolerate spam. Make sure to set your notification preferences so
we communicate to you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other users, even a user
who has made transactions with you to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without
their express consent. Please report related spam or spoof emails to us. You may not use
our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that violates our policy.
We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses,
phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not
permanently store messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email
address that is not registered in our community, we do not permanently store that email or
use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell these email
addresses nor the messages therein.
9. ACCOUNT PROTECTION
Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special
characters, and do not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or
your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions
taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose
substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding
actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any
reason, you should immediately notify us and change your password.
10. ACCESSING, REVIEWING AND CHANGING INFORMATION
You can see, review and change most of your personal information by signing on to your
account. Generally, we will not manually modify your personal information because it is
very difficult to verify your identity remotely. You must promptly update your personal
information if it changes or is inaccurate.
Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and by applicable law.
We do retain personal information from closed accounts for purposes of safety, and
security, to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes,
troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and take other actions otherwise
permitted by law.
Because we are subject to legal and regulatory requirements relating to drivers and
delivery persons, this generally means that we retain their account and data for a minimum
of 7 years after a deletion request. For riders and order recipients, their data is generally
deleted within 90 days of a deletion request, except where retention is necessary for the

and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your
personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you
probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private
communications, and other users may abuse or misuse the personal information that they
collect from the site. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do
not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private
communications will always remain private.
